She takes a methodical yet human-first approach to the work she does as a firm believer in the process being just as important as the final outcome itself. And is the reason she has consistently been recognized throughout her career for her leadership, hand-selected for high potential leadership talent programs at adidas & WPP as well as the recipient of the Harold Burson & CBS Newsroom Leadership Awards.
True to her growth mindset, Vinti's expertise is never at a standstill. As a quick study and self-proclaimed edX junkie, she comes fully equipped with an ever-expanding knowledge base to draft off of in order to remain at the leading-edge of her core competencies in brand and product marketing strategy as well as earned, owned, and shared channel activation.
As a stalwart advocate for equity & inclusion both in and outside her workplace, Vinti has served on adidas' Global Cultural Oversight Committee alongside cross-functional leaders representing Creative Direction, Product, and Purpose as well as the US National Committee for UN Women; she has also served as a D&AD Shift mentor.
Vinti Prasad Zamdmer graduated from the University of Florida and has additional leadership certifications from Harvard and New York University.
